SHIPPING & HANDLING

Standard Shipping (Free on orders over £30):

Wax Melts Only Orders - £2.95

Orders including Homeware - £4.00

Please allow up to 5 working day dispatch time and 3-5 working days to be delivered by Hermes (Wax Melts) or Royal Mail (Homeware).

Priority Delivery (Free on orders over £100):

Wax Melts Only Orders - £5.50

Orders including Homeware - £7.90

Please allow 2 working day dispatch time and 1 working day to be delivered by Hermes (Wax Melts) or Royal Mail (Homeware).

Local Delivery (Amble, Northumberland):

Amble: £1 (Free on Orders over £15)

If you're unsure whether we can deliver to you, once you have entered your postcode in at checkout you will receive an option for local delivery if you live within the advised radius. Please allow up to a week for your items to be delivered - you will be contacted via email to arrange a suitable time for your order to be delivered.

Free Collection:

We offer free collection from NE65 0GQ. Once your items are ready you will be contacted to arrange a suitable date and time to collect your order.

RETURN POLICY

Non-Faulty Products

If you are not satisfied with your order or have changed your mind, you have within 14 days of purchase to request a return given the products are in their original condition and packaging. Original condition means that the wax melts have not been touched, used or opened. 

To request a return, please email us at cosycottagecrafts@outlook.com with a list of the items you want to return and the reason you are unsatisfied with these products. You must pay the return of the postal cost, I would recommend using a "signed for" tracking service for evidence of delivery as we can not refund any items lost in transit or not delivered. You will be refunded for the amount of the items and not the delivery cost, items in a set must be returned as a full set as we cannot accept individual items.

Damaged/Faulty Products

In the rare occasion your item arrives damaged, please contact us using our email address with images of the damage and your order number so we can resolve any issue.
